About the role

Customer Interaction: Greet guests, seat them, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu.

Order Management: Take orders accurately (using notepads or tablets) and communicate them to the kitchen.

Service: Deliver food and drinks, ensuring timely and courteous service.

Guest Satisfaction: Check on customers throughout their meal, refill drinks, and resolve any issues or complaints.

Payment Processing: Prepare checks, handle cash and credit card transactions, and return change.

Table & Area Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, wipe tables, set up dining areas, and restock supplies like napkins and condiments.

Core duties:

Before Service: Prepare workstations, stock supplies, and set tables.

During Service: Manage multiple tables, anticipate needs, and provide attentive service.

After Service: Clear tables, clean tableware, and ensure the area is ready for the next guests
