Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and developing websites (primarily WordPress), creating engaging digital content, and managing our online presence. Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive attitude are key to thriving in this role. Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Development Maintain and update existing WordPress websites Design and develop new websites as needed Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements Perform regular backups and updates Design & Content Creation Create promotional materials such as flyers, logos, and brochures Design eye-catching social media posts and graphics Social Media Management Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and report insights Work Organization & Reporting Maintain daily logs of tasks and completed work Communicate progress clearly and consistently Keep track of deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently Work Setup: Work from home with occasional travel to Matara or Colombo (as needed) Flexible working hours, as long as tasks are delivered on time Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with general IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting, basic networking, etc.) SEO basics and content writing Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in WordPress website management and design Solid graphic design and social media skills Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
