🚨 IMPORTANT: Minimum 1 Year HR Experience is MANDATORY (මේ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අවම වසරක පලපුරුද්දක් තිබිය යුතුයි ⁠)

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Employee attendance & leave management

• Payroll preparation (Salary calculation)

• EPF / ETF documentation handling

• Recruitment & interview coordination

• Maintain employee records & HR files

• Handle staff inquiries & HR administration

🎯 Requirements:

• Age 22 – 35

• Proven HR / Administration experience (Minimum 1 year)

• Good communication skills

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Ability to handle HR operations independently

💰 Salary:

Rs. 50,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience & skills)

🕘 Working Days:

• Monday – Friday (Full Day)

• Saturday – Half Day

• Sunday – Off

• Poya Day – Holiday
