About the role

We’re Hiring – Full-Time Onsite Position

 

Position – Customer Service / Call Center Executive

 

Salary: LKR 35,000 – 40,000

 

Location – Onsite

 

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

• Saturday

• 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM

 

Requirements

• Completed O/L and A/L examinations

• Fluent in Sinhala

• English and Tamil will be an added advantage

• Must own a laptop

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-disciplined and responsible

• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage

 

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally

• Communicate clearly with customers in Sinhala and English

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

• Work closely with the team to achieve daily targets

• Follow company procedures and guidelines
