🔹 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

🔹 Record inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the system.

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

🔹 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient service.

🔹 Support marketing and operations teams during campaigns and promotions.

🔹 Requirements

🔹 Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala (English proficiency is an added advantage).

🔹 Ability to manage calls confidently and with a customer-friendly approach.

🔹 Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, CRM tools will be an advantage).

🔹 Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
