About the role

Decant Services (PVT) Ltd is an established perfume decant company helping customers explore genuine fragrances in convenient sizes. We carefully prepare each decant from authentic perfumes, making it easy for customers to try and choose their favorite scents with confidence. Our focus is on providing reliable, friendly service while maintaining quality and customer trust.

Roles & Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner

-Assist customers with orders, returns, and product information

-Resolve complaints or issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

-Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service processes

-Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience at all times

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage

- Strong customer service mindset with patience and a helpful attitude

- Basic knowledge of sales or willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
