💼 Join Our Team – Paired

We are hiring a FEMALE Customer Care Executive for our fast-growing ladies’ footwear, handbag & jewellery brand.

Special attention will be given to candidates who are confident in customer communication and order handling.

📍 Location: No. 29, Palmyrah Avenue, Colombo 03

💰 Salary: Rs. 50,000 - 60,000

(Training period: 2months 40k-45k)

Requirements:

• Female candidates ONLY

• GCE O/L & A/L preferred

• Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil-speaking welcome)

• Good computer skills, well-versed in Excel

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Polite, disciplined, trustworthy, energetic, and a fast learner

Work Hours:

Mon – Fri: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Sat: 8.30 AM – 2.30 PM (Half Day)

Sun: Off

Poya & Other Public Holidays: Off

Your Role:

• Process orders and manage daily order flow

• Maintain Excel sheets and update internal systems

• Handle customer issues and delivery-related concerns

• Conduct product quality checks

• Support warehouse organisation and stock management

• Resolve complaints or issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service processes
