💼 Join Our Team – United Ecommerce pvt ltd (Dehiwala)

We are hiring Customer Care Specialists for our fast-growing online business.

Special attention given to those skilled in creating engaging social media/marketing content.

📍 Location: Dehiwala, Colombo

💰 Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 55,000 (Training: Rs. 40,000 for 3–6 months)

Requirements:

• Female candidates (Dehiwala area preferred)

• GCE O/L & A/L

• Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil-speaking welcome – must speak Sinhala)

• Computer skills

• Energetic, polite, trustworthy, disciplined, fast learner

• Customer care experience is an advantage

Work Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Sat: 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM (Half day)

Sun: Leave

Poya/Other Holidays: Leave

Your Role:

• Process orders & manage stock

• Assist customers & solve delivery issues

• Maintain Excel sheets & update systems
