About the role

Job Role:

 

Call customers and confirm orders before dispatch

 

Answer incoming customer phone calls

 

Reply to Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp messages

 

Create new product listings on our system

 

Assist walk-in customers at the warehouse if required.

 

Coordinate with the packing/dispatch team

 

 

Requirements:

 

Fluent Sinhala & English (Must)

 

Basic Tamil is an added advantage

 

Good communication and customer-handling skills

 

Basic computer knowledge

 

Ability to work with less supervision

 

Age 18–35

 

 

Working Hours: Full-time (on-site)
